About the Course Trainer:
The Master Trainer Mr Ricky Lau, has over 17 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing and procurement in Asia Pacific at operational, strategic and management levels. His focus areas include strategic sourcing, category management and procurement system in the areas of Corporate and Professional services. He had previously delivered cost savings and long-term values to global MNCs (Microsoft, EMC, British Telecom, HP, Millennium Hotels Group) by helping them streamline procurement and sourcing activities, build efficient and motivated teams, and ensure global alignment. He had also developed an Online Travel Request & Approval System in British Telecom that helped to enhance the Travel Policy and hence improved cost and savings of 1 million GBP.

- No cancellation will be allowed upon payment, but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company is allowed. No refund and full fees will be charged for cancellation or non-attendance.
- When a course is cancelled, fail to commence or fail to complete under unforeseen circumstances, participant is allowed to defer the intake at no cost or withdraw from the course; under such situation, a full refund of the advance payment will be given.
